PLEASE NOTE - Any product with the Blue O Two logo are custom made, print on demand products. Every order you make is custom made for just for you. Whilst this reduces un-necessary product waste it comes with a no return policy. Unless the goods are faulty they CAN NOT be returned. Please check size guides carefully. We have clearly stated on each product that it is custom made. Please let us know if you have any questions.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Any products with the Blue O Two logo are custom made, print on demand products. Therefore they come under the custom made order policy and CAN NOT be returned. This is only void if the products are faulty. Please check size guides carefully. We have clearly stated on each product that is custom made to make it transparent as possible. Please let us know if you have any questions.
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if the product appears faulty, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All faulty items must be returned within 28 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed Packages and Parcels
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable). Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks and no refund will be issued.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, which we will refund if we agree the item is indeed faulty. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
